Meghan Sarna is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and organizations build healthier, more resilient lives through evidence-based wellness, preventive medicine, and thoughtful healthcare innovation.

With a background spanning primary care, occupational health, workplace wellness, and clinical leadership, Meghan brings a unique perspective that bridges modern medicine with the restorative power of lifestyle, nature, and intentional living.

As a healthcare strategist and Clinical Director for Asclepius Borealis, Meghan helps develop and implement innovative wellness programs that support individuals, employers, and communities. She is passionate about creating healthcare experiences that move beyond treating illness focusing instead on prevention, longevity, and helping people thrive throughout every season of life.

Meghan is also a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Certified Medical Examiner and serves as a volunteer National Ski Patroller at Mt. Holiday in Traverse City, Michigan, where she continues to combine her love of medicine, outdoor adventure, and service to others.

Rooted in Northern Michigan, Meghan believes true wellness comes from reconnecting with the foundations that have sustained humanity for generations: movement, nourishment, recovery, nature, and community.
